PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING.   ELIGIBILITY: The "Crysis: Warhead Maximum Sweepstakes" (the "Sweepstakes"), brought to you by GameRigs, a division of the Neutralvibe Corporation ("Sponsor"), will be governed by these "Official Rules". This Sweepstakes is applicable and open to legal residents of the 50 United States, District of Columbia and Canada, excluding Quebec who are seventeen (17) years of age or older. Sponsors reserve the right, at any time, to verify eligibility requirements, in any manner it deems appropriate. Employees and directors of the Sponsor, its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, licensees, advertising, promotion or production agencies and provider companies (and their respective IRS dependents, immediate family members and individuals residing in their same household) are not eligible. By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules. Void where prohibited by law and subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. All entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor.   SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Standard Time ("EST") on October 7, 2008 and concludes 11:59:59 p.m. EST on November 18, 2008 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.   TO ENTER: Visit http://www.game-rigs.com/community/sweepstakes/crysiswarhead (the "Site") during the Sweepstakes Period and click on the Sweepstakes icon, banner or text link(s) to access the Sweepstakes registration page. Follow the online instructions by providing your name, e-mail address and you will be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) entry per person/e-mail address. Participant may not enter with multiple e-mail addresses nor may participant use any other device to obtain more than the stated number of Sweepstakes entries. Any participant who attempts to participate with multiple e-mail addresses or under multiple identities or uses any device to obtain more than the stated number of entries will be disqualified. Any personal information supplied by you to in connection with the Sweepstakes will be subject to the Sponsor's privacy policy. All entries must be received and recorded by Sponsor's computer during the Sweepstakes Period.   DRAWING: Winners will be selected in a random drawing held on or about November 20, 2008 from all eligible entries received by an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Winners will be notified by email on or about December 1, 2008. 1st-prize winner will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility, liability release and W-9 tax form within 7 days of winning the prize or the prize will be forfeited. If a selected Winner cannot be contacted; is ineligible; fails to claim a prize; prize or notification is returned as undeliverable; prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner will be selected from remaining valid, eligible entries received. Neither Sponsor nor its agencies are responsible for lost, late, misdirected, unintelligible, interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, telephone or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, corrupted, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures, technical errors or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information or the failure to capture any such information. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods, and disqualify any entrant using such methods. Sponsor is not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the website. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor's sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, technical failures or other causes which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes, and select the winner from entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor.
